The sailing in Puget Sound tends to be pretty blustery in the summer with winds coming and going all day. It usually picks up in a nice blow in the early evening when the land starts to cool...

I'm starting to plan a quick overnight trip starting in Port Orchard and heading about as far north as we can get in a day, holing up somewhere (preferably anchored and not in a marina)...
