After much research, we bougth an Indigo prop and will be putting it on in a couple of weeks. Indigo was pretty helpful over the phone.

I'll give a full report once we've tested out the new prop.

As for an update. I have been running heat at an above freezing setting and went ahead and bought a small dehumidifier. This combination seems to have been working really well....
