motor mounts replacement cost

I believe my motor mounts need replacing. There is more noise and vibration lately. I have no idea how old they are, but assuming more than 15 years old.

First problem......it is shifting very stiff, especially going into reverse. It is very hard to get it into reverse. Tried some lube oil on the shaft. No help.
