Not a good idea, no head, no real water, no heat (it gets cold on the water in Seattle and many marina's have a minimum length for a live aboard. A C22 will never qualify.

Dude, the boat is the cheap part, if you need sails, lines a winch, virtually anything you'll double and triple you cost with a $1,500 boat.

I like the O'day, but without a trailer you are stuck...
