Go up the St. MArks River (South of Tallahassee). 5 miles up, it branches into the St marks and the Wakulla R. Follow the Wakulla about 3 miles to US 98 bridge. Manatees hang out by this bridge...

In Florida you can get Saltwater license online or on the phone for year $47+3 fee=$50.
You get a Number that you can use to prove you bought it (I gave number to Fish & wildlife guy). Fresh...

Mississippi also allows for a non-resident license good for a few days:

I'm no wildlife agent, but I would think one would need a license to fish inside the territorial waters of a state (12NM?). I believe it is on the charts.

Apparently my home state of MS allows...

This isn't really any one particular project, but this is MUST HAVE for any quick turn low-buck projects: Instamorph (Polycaprolactone), or shapelock, friendly plastic - there are a number of brands....
