Bring cash and plenty of it! The wait staff will ask if you left "anything" for them. If you put the tip on the dinner bill they often won't get it. Best to tip them in cash separately.

Can't say that I really had to train the dog on the boat. At first she was a little worried until she found her own spot to settle in. She always wore a PFD when sailing so there was a handle to grab...

Anchor Canvas from Port Townsend is supposed to do it next week. The boat is currently in Sequim, WA and we will probably take it to Victoria (rather than coming over Vancouver side)...

Lucky for them they were at the Tswassen Ferry Terminal. The closure of the Vancouver Coast Guard Station might have made this a more newsworthy event had it happened at Horseshoe Bay.
