FWIW, If you have it welded (aluminum?) it has to be "stop drilled" before any welding is done, IF it can be welded.

see if the hose has a downwards loop that catches the oil and try to make it more uphill if that's the case.

Also look for other breathers and clean them out as they may be causing more back...

You will also have "calcium" and regular "white vinegar" is one of the cheapest ways to get that off. Spray it on like wd 40 and let it soak in to dissolve the calcium. It may take time to work.
