Your guests don't need to BRING PFD's.
They should already be on the boat and easy to get to.
With strobe and whistle and maybe a dyepack.

Patagonia is not for the ignorant. The water will be cold and not well charted with rugged coasts. No help will be near and challenging anchoring conditions. Perhaps some research is in order.
