The water literally moves along the dock about 6' back...

I am leaning towards glass/epoxy tank. I can make a fairly precise shape out of foam block and use that for a male mold... I really need to maximise the use of the space....

But as far as dissimilar metals go... the fuel pump front cover on my Volvo is aluminum...

What about the bolts that get unscrewed/screwed in the course of regular maintenance? Could they be replaced with stainless equivalents? None of them have grade...

But the Volvo paint didn't last that well... Could there be other issues, like galvanic corrosion?

Keep pumping...

Fill the secondary filter with fuel before you install it and pump... It takes a while. The vent bolt is the highest above filter..

Try some overnighters, make sure everything functions as needed... Ripping a sail or losing a mast would...
