remove fuel pump/atomic 4

Hello:
how can I remove the fuel pump on a late model atomic 4. The top nut at 2 oclock postion is unreachable with any type of sock, wrench or tool that i have.
Any ideas?

Thanks,

I did rebuild the carb, but did not put it on. I placed the marine shop new one on instead. I figured this should work.

I keep hoping it will start to run like magic. Time to break...
