Can you repair prop with spline?

My prop for a Yamaha 9.9 has a spline surrounded in rubber. I hit a sandbar and the spline broke loose of the rubber and spins inside of the prop shaft hole. Can this be repaired or is it shot?

Yes this schooner has two masts. One jib sails in front of the forward mast, one large sail aft of the forward mast and a sail aft of the rear mast which is in the cockpit area.
