Just jumped on the net to look at a Morgan 24.
It would be easier to fit an adjustable back stay .I know that's what i would do .
Cheep and easy to do ,look them up on the net .

I agree with you on all counts ,makes more sense to replace all 4 if you can

If it was me i would do it my self . Then you only need to change one.
So long as you can reach it ,and not have to lift the motor only support it
you probably wont have to re aline it .

I also have the snap furl .I have found if you over tighten your halyard you can get a small kink in the foil,as it is plastic it can distort at the head ,also watch for halyard wrap .If you stay is...
