It would be rain water coming from many possible places, if there is water in the keel drill 3/8" holes at the bottom of the wet area to let it dry.
Interlux 2000e barrier is what I used.

I have seen a few boats painted with Rustoleum and they look good, one of the best ones used Valspar 4625 Enamel Hardener added in the last coat, really looks good.

I liked "Windjammer" from about 1959 I think it was the first multi-camera wide screen, also "Kon tiki", Maidentrip, and Master and Commander. Windjammer really got me interested in sailing.
