Hernando Beach sail.

The first thing you need to be aware of is if you are going out the Hernando Channel look out for construction vessels. Take the channel all the way out. The water in that area is VERY VERY shallow....

its in the water and water temp in florida is upper 50''s. Previous owner said he had to drop the keel once a week or it would stick and he'd have to anchor and swim under to pull it down. After that...
