It appear as though the company that provides our Chat feature recently updated their software and now one of their modules is being 'mis-classified' by Norton/Symantec and possible containing a virus. Until they have this resolved we have de-activaed chat. We've opened a support incident with Envolve and they will hopefully have this corrected soon.

Re: Income and depreciation, never the twain shall meet?
Alrighty, so I have a full breakdown of estimated cost for NEEL 45 in 2016. I included a 10% hike off the bat for fittings, depreciation rates calculated by their Fountaine Pajot cousin (14%, 8%,...

Re: Two birds with one boat: travel and learning in the Gulf
It certainly seems so, although I have one possible ride thanks to another forum. If I can't find anything beforehand my plan is to fly down to Panama, check out the properties, and hit the harbors...

Re: Chartering a long Gulf trip?
I've had a few interested boaters, basically it looks like it would be easier to fly to the Yucatan and set sail from there. Chartering and hiring a captain may still be an option, but it's looking...
