I carry 300' of chain. Doubt 120' is enough. In 18' of water I would have at least 140' over night.

We installed jabscos "quiet-flush" 2 years ago. Love it. least noise of all the models we looked at. Small footprint. 10 gal. should be sufficient for weekends.

Isolating a starting battery is always a good idea. Blue seas makes a switch that replaces the 1-both-2 switch. Has the exact same foot print. Add a combiner and your done. Easy upgrade.

I installed new mounts on our 36t and it was incredible how much vibration went away. Over time the rubber gets hard. Change them. You won't regret it.

The corrosion that happens to the keel bolts is hidden in the hull between the nuts and the keel. The only way to inspect this to drop the keel. Period.

I carry a "Rapid Diver". Complete dive system in one small package. Fits in a small soft case for easy storage. Give's me about 1/2 hour of air. Way easier getting on and off the boat.

Replace the rubber hose of the stuffing box. Should be done every 8 years. I replaced mine last spring. Looked fine. Got it out and closer inspection revealed it was badly cracked.
