The rules say illegal to operate a vessel without a valid registration. boats in a marina are parked on private property however they would be subject to ticketing as soon as they got underway makes...

I would assume the paid captain would get the ticket he is the one with the license. Anything happens its his responsibility to insure the vessel is properly outfitted prior to taking command

Most companies actually don't underwrite the policy on boats themselves they use formost marine to underwrite for them and then charge you an agent fee ask whichever company you get quotes from who...

Unfortunately I will have to do the micrometer and the books bit its the driveshaft seal was just hoping for an easy one but no I always have the hard ones. Thanks for all the replies

Tried them and they don't carry parts for that old of a machine they say views the next step is a mike and the books.

Last weekend I scored a MA 8hp tohatsu with charging it runs great but it needs new seals on drive and prop shafts and the local dealer too me they don't carry parts for the per 84 engines anymore...

What they did was out and out piracy/theft there was no possible way to have gotten a signed salvage contract with the Otts and to do the breaker bit they would have had to first salvaged the vessel...

Actually yes you do I have the Bahama model with the raised deck sthe deck/cabin goes full width of the sheer you loose about 6 inches headroom to gain lots of room laterally I have been living...

my islander 24 bahama is what they used to call morc rated midget ocean racing which ment offshore racing and robin graham sailed most of the way around the world on a gladiator 24 which is a splash...
