Yes, looks like a Phil Bolger, but reaching him is a long distance call, one way. He checked out a year or two ago.

Phil did some odd stuff, but it generally gets the job done.

I think that steel boat shown was a Colvin? Typically very flat bottom sections, relatively narrow and shoal.
