Thanks guys. I did some gross adjustments, thats technical for pulling on the ground wire just below thwe plate and presto, I got lights. Likely won't last but the diagnosis is a ground!1

Vaseline will work with the inside transducer. Doesn't leak. Just make sure there are no air bubbles under the transducer.

Andy. Sent the prop to Martec for the rebuild. Works much much better to the degree there is no vibration now. Previous vibration was enough to be intolerable at mid and higher rpm.

If feasible why not keep the jam cleat and add another clutch to match what you have. If not feasible remove the cleat fill the holes and add the clutch.
