a filter wrench, a magnet on a stick can be priceless a pry bar of some type that is of reasonable size for your engine...

not only looking to remove wheel but the whole helm going to take some thinking but i bet it can be set up to remove in a half hour or less by making an ajustable cable tentioner and adding shackles...
