If your boat is still stiff after 4 hours of sailing, you are supposed to call your doctor or a surveyor you really trust.

I find the wind and heat of the okanagan makes keeping hydrated very important. Beer or wine after anchored and a swim.

I was just wondering if any members had any good Book Titles they would like to share about cruising the the pacific. My preference would be Baja/ California up to BC over to Hawaii sort of thing....

I am thinking Hookers, I think the calculation is one Hooker for every 5' 6" of boat. it is recomended to round up, if the calculation does not end up with a whole Hooker.
