Can someone tell me where the winch is to lower a swing keel on a 22' Catalina sailboat? If it matters it's a 1986. I've looked around but for the life of me I can't find how to lower it.

jaschrumpf, respectfully there's a big difference between someone having the right to stand on and someone abusing a rule. The sailboat could have adjusted it's course slightly to pass at my stern....

Sunday was definitely nuts. Boat is still up in middle river so the winds were too much for novices in shallow waters with little space. Glad we didn't end up like the pic tho.
