I went to checked the sailing boat today. Most of the parts on the board look similar to the the boat on the German ad site.
Unfortunately the only papers I could get where the temporary license...

ccriders you are right about the differences. The boat advertised on the boatshop24 looked like it had a few modifications from the previous owner. Also, what is the 'turn of the hull' ?
