Downloading GRIBs at sea

So most of the boats I've raced offshore on have had a way of downloading GRIBs. Usually a very expensive setup too.

If the pawls are all perfectly fine, you may find the problem is they are sticking in the CLOSED position b/c of dirt/grease buildup. Only lube them w/ light oil. (3in1, very light machine oil...) ...
