redoing decks
Hi, im looking at redoing my decks next spring on my 41 morgan out/island.. i know big job! I would like to get feedbacks from people who have dealth with this kind of job. Most of the core is rotten...

well the survey said the decks were in sound...
well the survey said the decks were in sound condition. I just had a surveyor and shipwright coming on the boat and they clearly stated that the rot in the decks has been going on for years...

Faulty survey
I was provided with a faulty survey from a previous owner of the vessel i bought. The broker gave me the survey. Any way i could go back after the broker for providing me with wrong information?

rotten decks
my morgan 41 o/i has rotten decks due to poor fastenings. Anybody has experience redoing the decks on theirs? what other surprises could i encounter after taking the old core off? probably moisture...
