We have a 42 foot Center **** pit Endeavour, you cannt get any worse than that for main sail recovery :) My wife is 4'11" and I am 5'8" so that makes it worse.

I would strongly suggest you look for the Lapworth designs in looking at Cal Boats. Also make sure you are looking at a California built boat, I beleive all 40's where.

12/110 volt water heater problem

Seems like our 12 gal hot water heater is acting up...warm water only from 110 side. Is this the symptom of the element going out, are they replacable, it looks like a big socket would unscrew it...
