Linux ENC Charting Software

Anyone have any recommendations for Linux based ENC charting software? I have a netbook I'd like to use for this and it won't upgrade to the beast that is Windows 7. Opensource is always preferred....

City Island / Mamoraneck (sp sorry)

We had her at City Island for part of this season but the commute on the subway from East Village seems to be harder than the commute from Grand Central on the train to New Rochelle.

Looking: Rent mooring in New Rochelle for the season

I have an O'day 280 that I'd like to moor in the New Rochelle marina for the 2012 season. I'm looking to rent a mooring as opposed to sinking my own as I'm still not sure that we'll stay in the NYC...
