It appear as though the company that provides our Chat feature recently updated their software and now one of their modules is being 'mis-classified' by Norton/Symantec and possible containing a virus. Until they have this resolved we have de-activaed chat. We've opened a support incident with Envolve and they will hopefully have this corrected soon.

Re: Another Excalibur 26
There is no fiberglass liner in any of the boats I've seen. The interior is a mix of expensive hardwoods where it is easily seen and cheaper woods where it's hidden. All of the interior fiberglass...

Re: Another Excalibur 26
The tabernacle is hinged and would provide enough movement to release a stay and lower the mast with several bodies and some mechanical assistance. Fortunately, our winters are mild and the boats...

I've received two very different answers from men I thought knew a lot and searches I've made have left me with unclear answers, so I thought I'd throw it out to the masses and see if I can get a...

The Tohatsu 6hp long shaft outboard
The motor was a good choice for the boat, but not a good choice for the trip. A single cylinder four stroke should be used for short periods of time to get the boat into and out of the slip. It...

Out of Oceanside and a swell ride to Dana Point
I hadn't slept much because of the noise the fender, a foot or so from my ear, made all night. I did manage a few hours in the early part of the morning after texting some family in the mid-west to...
