I just made this choice. I could find absolutely no difference between the Simrad NSS 9 and the Zeus2 other than the sailing functions. Since I own a sailboat, it was a "no brainer" to get the Zeus2....

I think you need to add 2 other options, Beta or Nanni.

Prices are cheaper and the engines get wonderfull reviews. They are readily available in the USA.

Mike.. Not sure if you want to carry it onboard, or if you need to stitch some stuff on land.

While the Sailrite machines (and the company) are excellent you can easily get by with something else...

Somone told me that many of the square exhaust gaskets are standard size. The big square hole and the 4 bolt holes are standard.

Bring your gasket to a Yanmar dealer and they can match one up for...

Do some research on Litium technology batteries.. The batteries the OP is talking about ARE NOT litium ion. They do not suffer from run away thermal problems that the batteries Dell and Sony used....

Check out the Asus EEBox PCs. Like I said, been around 4 or 5 years and are used commercially for many point of sale systems. The have innovative features like a bracket to connect them to the back...

Yup Asus makes a few and has for 4 or 5 years..

Personally I think tablets are a better solution. Less power and all in one.
