This is what I've figured thru previous posts, from a weekender's standpoint, that doesn't even have a boat yet :laugher.
The price of fuel compared to the the energy created to provide luxuries...

When I get my first boat, hopefully within 5 years, I'll be a weekender and daysailor. I'm curious as to when I have kids, and all the gadgets they will be using....

You won't fit in Katama Bay assuming your boat is the Jenneau 54. Look at what I was talking about before, and you would be in prime location for the fireworks!

I had a friend who anchored out for the entire summer last year near katama bay, but on the other side. in Google Maps, type in Harbor View Hotel & Resort, Edgartown, MA. He achored right near there....
