It appear as though the company that provides our Chat feature recently updated their software and now one of their modules is being 'mis-classified' by Norton/Symantec and possible containing a virus. If you want to go this route I would suggest two things:
A cleated pully (on the bottom end, not the top ;) ). The cleat allows a firmer 'lock' then just a ratchet.
A pillowcase or other such...
