We anchored in Cape Lookout a couple weeks ago for the first time - it is hard to overstate what a fantastic anchorage it is. We only stayed one night, but I could spend a week there and be happy....

Tried and failed early on - he considers the boat home, and will not go while on it. Guess he has trained me. Looking for a spot to dinghy to shore in this area.

Just went through this with a 6 yr old pvc west marine 310 RIB. It started leaking at multiple seams. Repair shop in Annapolis looked at it and quoted $800 - told me it was probably not worth it. ...
