Luff track info

I bought a sad old 15' sailboat for cheap recently. One of the most apparent problems with is is the luff track screwed onto a square fiberglass mast. The track is in several segments, and the joints...

Re: Standardized track?

As it turns out, the missing blocks were in a crate of spare supplies in the boat. Oops.

Bermuda to Gaff conversion on dinghy

I have a 8' El Toro frakenboat. It is currently rigged with the typical Bermuda rig, the sail coming from a Sabot dinghy. The mainsail has a 10'-8" luff, and a 7'-2" foot. The sail is not perfectly...

Hello from the California Delta

I have just gotten into sailing about 8 months ago, after taking a basic sailing college class. I bought a (heavily modified) 8' El Toro frankenboat a few months back. I have sailed it in Suisun...
