Well, if the city and Westrec do shut down the...
Well, if the city and Westrec do shut down the harbors it should be a boon to the city of Waukegan as well as Wisconsin and Indiana. I'd sure like to see some other options for boaters around here.

Hello, all. I've been 'lurking" on here awhile and finally joined. I live in Chicago and belong to a club, also teach sailing on Rhodes 19's. My wife and I also have a larger boat in Kemah, TX....
