We just keep the cabin well ventalated and run the dehumidifier when in the water. In South Carolina the houses and tress are covered in moss and molds. Lucky us, so far the boat is clear.

Went from having it in the front of the cockpit on the Helms 27 to the arch on the Hunter. I find that I use the traveller more now because it's accessable and easilly managed.

An Outdrive failure can sink the boat in minutes. Think about a 4 inch rip letting in water. I watched one go down in less than 5 minutes.

If you're looking at purchasing the boat it's about 2 hours of repair work, but it's minor damage. Key point is never approch the dock faster than you're willing to hit the dock.
