Thanks. Screws are tight, but copper washers look pretty poor. Will replace washers and fuel hose and see if it solves the problem.

Thanks. I wonder why use expensive blocks for that. I currently just tie it to a cleat one side or the other of the cockpit to keep the boom static when sails are down. Seems a complicated solution...
