I'd like to remove the mast steps that came with my boat. Each step (approx. 20 of them) is secured to the mast with 6 screws (3 on top 3 on bottom).

Yes, look in the sailing rags (boating stores) for ads. I think there's a section under "Crew wanted" San Diego harbor is a great place to learn although you have to keep an eye out for military...

Aloha and thanks for all the input. On my boat before this one, I used to have a 50' wooden mast with solid bronze T-track with stainless slides and can't remember ever having had any problems....

I was wondering if anyone who has them on their mainsail can tell me how they're holding up especially off shore use, etc... I kind of cringe thinking about using them....the mast(30-35') tall, alum....
