Really?? I would think the big white sails would be a pretty good indication the vessel was under sail ;)

The exhaust does not make the vessel a powerboat.... Only mechanical propulsion can do...

3 miles off shore is fine for untreated waste in most US areas.... Works just fine for us, as at 3 miles, we're still heading offshore... We typically day sail in the 10 to 15 miles off shore...
