Of course, The guage will be grounded. Under the old Tank it was a dirty Mess, I de Greased and cleaned it as I will have to epoxy in a wood base for the new tank to sit on.

Took a little work but I got all the winches off and they are now in my shop soaking. The old grease was dry and caked but the gears all look good so probably just a good cleaning and repack them....
