Paul ...Nepenthe is in the middle of the "island" of boats in the middle of the marina. They moved Sweet Bubbaloo off to the side. My bow faces north and my stern is hidden by a large sailboat...

Steve ... good luck finding the leak .. I can't help you there ... but I'd suggest Kanberra Gel or Safe-T-Air for getting rid of the odor instead of trying to mask it with perfume ...
