We have a 1985 hunter 28.5 we can sail with Bimini down it is however tough to see the top if the mast usually only leave it down if leisurely cruising

I have a 5-2 draft and must go at high tide. 6-3 might be tight check active captain I think you have to stay close to shore in the channel
