Caveat Emptor!! There is a reason it's 3K and I'm sure the surveyor will point it out. I can guarantee your looking at no less that 15K-20K to bring her back to "average" condition. Good luck!

I respectfully disagree. I wouldn't pay more than $1K for that boat. You can do a search on Yachtworld and see no less than 6 Ericsons for less than $5K in much better condition. You would...
