Creaky decks

I was recently looking at a 1975 Alberg 37 and noticed that the deck on either side of the boat (near the shrouds) creaks when you walk on it. There are a few fine crazed type cracks on the surface....

Thank you all for the info and advice. I was looking at a 1987 but maybe I ought to consider a 1990 model. However I will check her for blistering first, cause I really am in love with her.
