Thanks Bob, it helps.

I have an outhaul and a cunningham, the outhaul appears to be as tight as it will get.
I do not have a vang or adjustable backstay.
I took a good look at the boat today...

Jeff, thank you for the reply.

The boat is an O''Day 302 and I have a 4 y.o. North Sail full batten main with a 140 genny head sail (also 4 y.o. North)
