Oh, and don't you want to rinse the chain with fresh water? Could you install a Y valve to do the initial washdown with salt water, then flip to fresh for a rinse? Then maybe you could even use it...

In Chicago, the USCG tries to stop every boat at least once per year. It is absolutely outrageous that they have this power in our society, but it is certainly no reason to give up sailing.

2 blade is better cruising efficiency. 3 blade is better power for acceleration/deceleration.

If I were going to replace my prop, it would be hands down for a 2 blade flexofold.
