Cruising the Michigan shore of Lake Michigan

Need to keep in mind when the Mac races are for slips at the island and Mac City. We have had great experiences at the municipal in Mac City. The newer one is also very nice just farther from town....

We are big fans of Northport. Boat launch and nice marina there. Not sure on campground as we are on the boat when there.

Live aboard in Chicago

Had friends that spent the summer living on their boat for 5 months in Waukegan. Was there in August and there were plenty of slips available. A great marina.
