You could probably buy a large spoke pulley and drill it out to fit the shaft. basically that's what the quadrant is.

I self taught myself how to read and do tables of offsets from boat plans. It's something avoided by many but it really does give a person some ability to "play" with a design after the station molds...

Engine beds are not usually that major in my opinion. A good start to get input in here would be to have measurements and photos of the existing engine. A quick search brings up Beta most often.
