From the looks of them they sit with one side against a surface. When you replace them be sure to use a marine sealer (e.g. 3M-4200) between the surfaces to keep out any water so they don't get that...

I just used wire gates on mine. They hang better and don't get tangled with stuff when I come aboard. While the Dyneema life lines are always under a little tension and stay straight.

Yeah! That can be a deal breaker right there. W/o the ability to flatten out the main, performace is lost. Great for running before the wind, though. :rolleyes:

Also, Bleed your injectors to see if you have air in the lines.

If so, check all your fittings down stream of the lift pump, to be sure they are tight. A loose fitting will allow air to get drawn...
