Fort Pierce City Marina allows liveaboards. I'm not sure what the fees are now. It was a clean, well kept marina with restaurants, shops, bars, Farmer's market, library all within walking distance....

Thanks for your ideas and input. After much research and "Window Shopping" it comes down to two that have everything we are looking for. The Watkins 25' and the Catalina 25'.
