Hello all,
Just read the entire thread and thought I'd toss in some personal experience. I work in a boat yard and do quite a bit of bottom stripping etc.

I think there's a good possibility that it is spartite. The website doesn't say anything about colors, but I could swear I have seen it in different colors. It dries incredibly hard.
